You have researched their employee benefits and services, the environment in which they operate, etc. In that research, you should have uncovered the name and contact of either the head of Employee Services or the Human Resources staffer who handles employee perks. Reach out to them. Compliment their work.

“I have been looking into different companies and I think you have one of the most advanced or well thought out employee services plans.”

Then make your connection ask “I would love to set up a meeting to learn more about how you run or set up your plan.”

If your target is a person or type of person, your approach has to be a tad more subtle.
