Relearning to blog

Blogspot was subsumed into Blogger. The mechanisms of the Blogger app were very easy to use and master. I played a lot with the way my blog looked because I enjoyed tinkering with the app almost as much as I enjoyed writing.

My blog was active in the late 2000s and went into decline as I became addicted, as many others, to Facebook. Time on Facebook was time taken away from my time blogging. Because I worked full-time at a demanding job in law enforcement with young children, I had enjoyed the de-stressing writing provided me. As Facebook came along, it proved to better at de-stressing me than writing did. I could also access Facebook all the time and not just on my computer as was the case with blogging. The Facebook algorithm worked its magic on me.
